Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Tofu Dinner
Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • subheading: Yogurt Dill Sauce:
  • 1 cup plain vegan yogurt, (such as almond, oat, or soy yogurt)
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • salt & pepper, to taste
