I will use maple syrup
  • 2 cups / 220g almond flour
  • ½ tsp. flaky sea salt, plus more for garnish
  • 1 ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup / 175ml tahini
  • ½ cup / 125ml yacon syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup / 50g chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed cacao nibs, plus 2 Tbsp. to garnish
