Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 bell pepper sliced then (optional)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Salt for purging
  •  
  • 2Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1Tbsp neutral oil
Steps
  1. Toss shredded vegetables with a couple tablespoons of salt and leave to purge for an hour. Rinse off and dry in salad spinner.
  2. Mix together sauce ingredients, then add to vegetables and mix.
