White Bean and Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
  • 4 ½ cups cooked white beans or 3 (15 ounce) cans no salt added or low sodium white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 8 cups low sodium or no-salt-added vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest or other no-salt seasoning blend adjusted to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen English peas
