Brine Chicken
Ingredients
  • I've seen so many posts concerning chicken being dry. This will not help those that cook their chicken from frozen, but I have found over the past few years if you brine your whole chicken and/or pieces overnight you will end up with a very juicy chicken. The kosher salt breaks down the tough muscle and infuses tenderness in the meat.
  • I dissolve one cup of salt in water and the I put in plastic bowl or large sturdy bag and add whatever seasonings you want and leave in fridge all night. It makes a big difference - I promise you!!!
