Ingredients
  • subheading: Peanut Butter Fudge:
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  •  
  • subheading: Chocolate:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Steps
  1. subheading: Peanut Butter Fudge:
  2. Line a mini-muffin tin with liners and set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or over the stovetop, combine your peanut butter with coconut oil and melt together.
  4. Divide the fudge amongst the liners and freeze until firm.
  5. subheading: Chocolate:
  6. Melt 4 tbsp of butter and an ounce of unsweetened baker's chocolate, stirring well. Add in 1 tbsp of heavy cream and stir. Then add the vanilla and salt and stir.
  7. Pour your chocolate batter over the peanut butter fudge.
  8. Freeze for an hour. Remove from muffin pan to a tightly sealed container and store in refrigerator.
