Ingredients
  • subheading: Mayo ingredients:
  • 2  Lg. Eggs
  •  
  • 2 c. Light olive oil, avocado oil, or any mild tasting
  • oil you want to use. DO NOT use regular olive oil as
  • it will be bitter trust me-I’ve tried it!
  • 1 ts. Sea salt or pink Himalayan
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 Tb. Mustard or ¼ ts mustard powder
  • 2 ts. Apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • Use a quart size glass container with an opening big
  • enough to use your immersion blender. Add the
  • eggs first and then follow with remaining
  • ingredients. Place your emulsion blender all the way
  • at the bottom of the container and begin mixing on
  • high speed. It will start to thicken immediately and
  • as it does move the emulsion blender to the top
  • where it is still just oil. As you do, all of the
  • ingredients will thicken and you’ll create a lovely
  • mayonnaise spread
  • Miracle Whip Version
  • This is my favorite as I grew up on miracle whip
  • slathered all over sandwiches. We didn’t even have
  • mayo in our house lol. I use my
  • #homemademiraclewhip in my Tuna Salad,
  • Chicken Salad, Broccoli Cashew Salad, and so many
  • things! If you stopped eating Miracle Whip b/c it’s
  • loaded with sugar, carbs, and calories.....you’ll LOVE
  • this recipe!

  • 2 more ts. Apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ ts. Stevia Select pure stevia powder
  • ½ ts paprika*try smoked paprika for variety
