Ketolicious Hibachi Chicken with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Ingredients
  • 2 lb boneless chicken thighs cut into small pieces
  • 1 broccoli crown cut and stems removed
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar free teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp lard
  • This can be cooked on the stove in a large pan or wok or on the griddle. I am sharing my recipe using the griddle. It will be cooked the same way using the other methods by cooking the chicken and once done remove and then cook veggies and then combine and add sauces and let cook around 10 minutes.
