Ingredients
  • 3 TBS Buckwheat flour
  • 2 TBS Almond meal (or 1.5 protein powder)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBS rice malt syrup
  • 1 TBS peanut butter
  • 3 TBS almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
Steps
  1. 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a ramekin.
  2. 2. Add wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  3. 3. Microwave for 1.5 mins.
  4. 4. Topped with strawberries and choc chips.
