  • 1 splash plain soy milk or water to thin it out if necessary.

  • 1 cup veggies of choice (like broccoli) chopped and steamed
  • subheading: Spinach ricotta:
  • 1 cup frozen spinach (or wilted spinach) thawed, drained, and pressed
