  • ¼ Cup Whole Psyllium Husk
  • 2 teaspoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Mineral Salt
  • 1/16th teaspoon Pure Stevia Extract Powder or ¼ teaspoon Pure Monk Fruit Extract Powder
  • 1 ⅓ Cup egg whites
  • ¾ Cup cool water
