Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons of Dr. Axe Multi Collagen Protein (tasteless)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup whole milk
  • 4 Tbsp white vinegar (yes, really- it makes them fluffy & you can’t taste it, either)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: blueberries, walnuts, chocolate chips… whatever you like to add in.
