Shjanna's Swedish meatballs

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

½ c minced onions

¾ c dry bread crumbs

1 TBLS dry parsley

1 tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

1 tsp worcheshire

1 egg

1//2 c milk

CREAM SAUCE

½tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

2 c water

¾ c half half

For more gravy. Flour water after meatballs are done

Shape into balls and brown

Pour this over browned meatballs cook til done

¼ c salad oil ¼ c flour 1 tsp paprika
