  • 2 Cups Snow peas
  • 1 Cup Reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • For serving:
  • Zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice
  • Fresh basil, sliced (for garnish)
