Ingredients
  • 3 Cups of Uncooked "curly or squiggly" Pasta
  • note: I use Mini Lasagne Noodles *German Egg Noddles
  • 2 Cups reserved pasta water
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
  • 1 Cup of Marinara *approximately
  • ½ cup finely minced yellow onion
  • 5 cloves of finely minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter + 2 more tablespoons to finish the dish
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil *approximately
  • Season to your taste preference, my measurements are to mine
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of dried red pepper flakes
  • ½ tablespoon of dried oregano
