Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples grated
  • 1 tbsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup medjool dates pitted
  • ⅔ cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk + 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
