Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey burger
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • ½ c. shredded veggies of choice (today I am using what I have in my fridge so I am using green beans and kale). You can use shredded zucchini, or anything you want shredded up
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ c. almond meal
  • 1 tbsp. parsley (dried or fresh minced)
  • ½ tbsp. oregano
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ⅛ c. mined onions (optional)
