  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice from any lemons you can find (30 mL)
  • 1½  tsp unflavored gelatin (7 mL)

  • 1 /3  cup  powdered erythritol   (75 mL)

  • 5 tsp lemon juice (25 mL)
  • 2½  tsp light-tasting olive oil (12 mL)
