  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
  • ½  cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½  cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1 ½  tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 TBSP canola oil
  • ¼ cup honey ( I use creamed cinnamon honey)
  • ¼  cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup dried apples, diced
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
