Ingredients
- 11/ 2 TBS sweet paprika
- 2 TBS granulated sugar
- 1/ 4 TSP Texas-style chili powder
- 1/ 4 cup minced onion
- 1TBS granulated garlic
- 1/ 4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1 TBS kosher salt
Steps
- Mix the salt and pepper and sprinkle evenly over the brisket. Follow with a coating of the dry rub, applied evenly all over. Enclose the brisket in a tightly covered container and refrigerate overnight.
