IP Hard Boiled Eggs - variations
Ingredients
  • 12 to 14 eggs
  • 1 cup water
Steps
  1. High pressure 2 minutes, NR 10 to 15 minutes, no ice water bath.  -OR-
  2. High pressure 5 minutes, QR, into the fridge, no bath. -OR-
  3. Low pressure 8 minutes, NR 1 minute. Ice bath 10 minutes. ***This one. Turned green with 14 eggs at 9 minutes, NR 1 minute. Worked before with 7 eggs in the mini.
