Green potato salad

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup peas
  • 200g green beans
  • ½ cup green olives
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tin cannelli beans, drained and rinsed
  • Small bunch coriander
  • ⅛ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 lemon
Steps
  1. Steam potatoes, blanch peas and green beans. Place in bowl.
  2. Add in spring onions, spinach, coriander, cannelli beans, chilli flakes and squeeze on juice of lemon.
