High Protein Crispy Broccoli Tater Tots with With White Bean Aioli

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (use dairy-free cheese if vegan)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray, for greasing
  • subheading: For the Aioli:
  • ½ cup cooked or canned cannellini beans, drained
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
