Cheddar Herb Drop Biscuits - S Friendly

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup coconut flour sifted
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1-½ tsp basil dried
- 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (sharp)shredded
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl mix the flour, salt and dry seasonings.
- Add melted butter.
- Add eggs; stir well to work out any lumps.
- Add cheese and parsley; mix until combined.
- Using a large spoon, scoop 10 mounds of batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
