Cheddar Herb Drop Biscuits - S Friendly

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour sifted
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried minced onion
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1-½ tsp basil dried
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (sharp)shredded
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and dry seasonings.
  4. Add melted butter.
  5. Add eggs; stir well to work out any lumps.
  6. Add cheese and parsley; mix until combined.
  7. Using a large spoon, scoop 10 mounds of batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
