  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 small cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Juice of ½ an orange
  • Juice of ½ a lime
