Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1Tbsp Roasted Garlic Powder
  • 1 16oz jar of Roasted Red pepper in water.
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 to 3 cups water(depending on desired thickness)
  • Salt to taste(I omitted salt in mine)
