Ingredients
- 2½ lbs boneless pork loin, freshly cut
- EVOO
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Himalayan pink salt
- ¾ tbsp black pepper
- 3’ kite string
Steps
- Attach the pork loin to the Vortex spit attachment.
- Wrap your meat tightly with the kite string.
- Pour EVOO and vigorously massage into your meat.
- Grind salt and pepper as well as Mrs. Dash seasonings over the meat and rub. Sprinkle herbs on the meat last.
- Connect the spit of meat to the rotisserie spindle. Remember to use the red latch to engage and disengage the rotisserie mechanism.
- Initiate the cook by using the preprogrammed Roast button.
- If needed, adjust the temperature to 385°F and set the time to 50 minutes.
- When completed, remove the meat from the Vortex, cut the kite string and let rest for ten minutes before cutting.
