Gochujang Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp, cut crosswise into plump, bite-size pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1 pound spaghetti, fettuccine or linguine
  • 12 scallions (about 2 large bunches), trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup gochujang (or other complex spicy condiment like Sriracha, chile crisp or harissa, added to taste)
