  • 24 ounce bag frozen chopped broccoli or two 12 ounce bags, equals about 6 cups total when frozen
  • 3 tablespoons avocado or grapeseed oil, DIVIDED or other flavorless oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup potato starch or tapioca starch spooned and leveled
  • 1 medium onion diced small, about 2 cups
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil loosely packed
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1-¾ teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
