  • 1 tbs ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp each ground nutmeg and five-spice
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup (160g) apricot jam
  • subheading: WHITE PIPING:
  • ½ cup (75g) plain flour
  • 1 tbs caster sugar
