Ingredients
- 1 piece aburaage (deep-fried tofu pouch) (¾ oz, 20 g)
- 6 oz komatsuna (170 g; or any greens such as spinach, bok choy, cabbage, napa cabbage, lettuce, Mizuna, etc)
- 1 cup dashi (click to learn more about this soup stock) (240 ml)
- ½ tsp soy sauce (Use gluten-free soy sauce for GF)
- ½ tsp kosher/sea salt (I use Diamond Crystal; Use half for table salt)
