  • 1 serrano chile, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Crushed salted, roasted peanuts and chopped cilantro (for serving)
