Ingredients
  • 3 T Dijon Mustard
  • 3 T nutritional yeast (did 5 to 6)
  • 3 cl garlic (did 6 to 8)
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T coconut aminos or lite soy sauce ( could do a little more)
  • 2 T almond meal (used hazelnut flour-3 T)
  • ¼ water (did ½ c)
  • It came out too mustardy the original way..
Steps
  1. Process in blender til smooth

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ c nutritional yeast
  • 1 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 6 T water
  • Blenderize all ingredients!
