- 2 chicken stock melts
- 700ml pizza sauce, divided
- 12 oz regular or large elbow macaroni
- 220 to 440g shredded Mozzarella cheese, plus more for a pizza-style finish (see Jeff’s Tip)
- 160g pepperoni, diced (reserving some for topping if giving it the pizza-style finish - but don’t dice the pepperoni used for that)
