Instant Pot Pepperoni Pizza Pasta
Ingredients
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 chicken stock melts
  • 700ml pizza sauce, divided
  • 12 oz regular or large elbow macaroni
  • 220 to 440g shredded Mozzarella cheese, plus more for a pizza-style finish (see Jeff’s Tip)
  • 160g pepperoni, diced (reserving some for topping if giving it the pizza-style finish - but don’t dice the pepperoni used for that)
