Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs
Tip: To make cleanup easier, line the baking pan with aluminum foil first. You could also place the chicken pieces on a rack set over a foil-lined baking pan. This will allow air to circulate around the chicken and cook more evenly. Be sure to spray the rack with a little cooking spray so the chicken doesn’t stick.
Ingredients
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs (about 2-¼ pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
