  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup peanut butter
