Chinese Orange Cauliflower (Low-Fat, Raw Option)
Ingredients
  • ½ medium head cauliflower
  • ½ cup organic dried apricots, unsulphured
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ⅓” fresh ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ bunch green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
