Easy Low Sodium Grilled Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean organic ground turkey
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (not onion salt)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke (Make sure it doesn’t contain additional flavorings with added sodium. Most should be 0-10mg.)
