  • 1 tbsp Half & Half, Milk, or Water (any liquid)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, cold
  • ¼ cup Confectioners Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 6 oz (170g) Mascarpone, cold
  • 1 tbsp Kahlua (optional)

  • 2 oz (50g) Quality Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
