  • 1 head of broccoli, sliced through the stems
  • 1 block of firm smoked tofu, sliced
  • Tamari for searing the tofu

  • 2 to 3 tbsp warm water,
  • More if needed to blend to a smooth pourable consistency

  • Fresh chilli, sesame seeds, fresh coriander
