Super Squash, Sage & Shiitake Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 Butternut Squash, cut in half lengthways, seeds removed
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, peeled

  • 1 Small Red Chilli
  • 4 Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 6 Fresh Sage Leaves
  • 8 Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced fine
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 400g Wholewheat Pasta
