Sourdough Discard Bagel Bites [With Honey Cream Cheese Dip]

  • 7 g Yeast (I've used instant yeast)
  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 1 Egg (plus 20g of water for egg wash)
  • 100 g Everything Bagel Seasoning (DIY Everything Bagel Recipe)

  • 2 Litres Water
  • 40 g Honey
  • subheading: Honey Cream Cheese:
  • 250 g Cream Cheese (block, softened at room temp)
  • 60 g Greek Yogurt
  • 20 g Honey (plus extra for drizzling)
