Sugar Free, Low Carb Peppermint Hot Chocolate (Trim Healthy Mama S)
Ingredients
  • ½ tbsp dark cocoa powder (I like the Hershey's Special Dark)
  • 1 tbsp Pyure (or other on-plan sweetener of choice, adjusted to your liking)
  • pinch of mineral salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk (or enough to fill your mug)
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • ½ drop Young Living peppermint vitality oil
