Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, baked and cut into strips (or store bought grilled chicken strips)
- 1 1/2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium-size onion, sliced
- 1 tsp canola or olive oil
- 4 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- Pasta such as bowties
Steps
- Start cooking the pasta as directed.
- In a wok or fry pan, sauté mushrooms and onion in oil.
- When onions start to become clear, add the precooked chicken and heat through.
- Add mustard and sweet basil and heat through.
- Serve on top of pasta.
