Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts, baked and cut into strips (or store bought grilled chicken strips)
  • 1 1/2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium-size onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp canola or olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet basil
  • Pasta such as bowties
  1. Start cooking the pasta as directed.
  2. In a wok or fry pan, sauté mushrooms and onion in oil.
  3. When onions start to become clear, add the precooked chicken and heat through.
  4. Add mustard and sweet basil and heat through.
  5. Serve on top of pasta.
