Creamy baked eggs with tomato and basil
Ingredients
  • 2 x tbsps. olive oil
  • 1 x brown onion , thinly sliced
  • 2 x garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 x 400 g tins cherry tomatoes
  • 4 x eggs
  • 2 x stems cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 1 x cup fresh basil leaves , plus extra leaves to garnish
  • 2 x tbsps. basil pesto
  • 250 g PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Block
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Toasted baguette to serve
