Ingredients
  • 225 g pecans or hazelnuts or almonds
  • 75 g (200 ml) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 225 ml (125 g) sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp (30 g) pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp (35 g) sesame seeds
  • 175 ml (125 g) flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 ml (60 g) almond flour
  • 225 ml water
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • subheading: For serving:
  • 2.5 liters full fat Greek yogurt or coconut cream
