Lemon Haddock Recipe for the Grill
Ingredients
  • 2 Haddock fillets (1 lb total approx.)

  • Juice of 3 lemons (approx. ½ to ¾ cup)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground oregano
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (tobasco)

  • ¼ to ½ cup Tzatziki sauce

  • grilling plate (grill topper) to set on bbq grates

  • Tip: instead of placing the haddock directly on the bbq grates consider using a grilling plate or grill topper, usually a teflon or porcelain perforated rectangular plate. This makes cooking it so much easier and helps prevent pieces from falling through the grates when you flip it. They're inexpensive and sold at most big box hardware stores or BBQ retailers.
