5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and quartered 5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and quartered
1½ Cups Recioto red dessert wine or port 1½ Cups Recioto red dessert wine or port

Lay cinnamon sticks at the bottome of a bowl and place peaches on top.  Pour in wine, making sure it covers all fruit.
marinate in fridge at least 2 hours.
