I did rice and corn combo, probs ¾cup each, in place of ciabatta. Also bulked this out to 3 servings with Chinese celery and coriander. I air fried the duck legs for 45mins at 160, then 200 for 15mins (as per an FB reel I watched) was WAY too long and they were over cooked. Maybe 35 + 10?
Also just did straight hoisin and chili crisp mixed through, and high was DELICIOUS!!!! Yum, yum, yum!!!
This also would have been good with turkey.
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp five-spice mix
  • 1 living lettuce
  • 2 cooked British duck legs
  • 20ml toasted sesame oil †
  • 1 ciabatta †
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15ml rice vinegar
  • 5g black sesame seeds †
  • 5g toasted sesame seeds †
  • 1 carrot
  • 80g hoisin sauce †
  • pepper, salt, vegetable oil
