Banana Walnut Blender Muffins
Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • ¼ cup Truvia spoonable no-calorie sweetener (or another natural brand about twice as sweet as sugar)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 oz. (about ¼ cup) chopped walnuts
